By the way, I meant to comment a couple of days ago on your fantastic "Bit of Orange", a real stunner, but have been caught up in getting my own blog working. You're a heck of a colorist, keep it up!
The looseness of the painting is great. Beach scenes aren't easy, and you define the surf with just a stroke or two. If you have been to the beach, you've seen this picture and it brings back good memories.
Your beach paintings are always full of light and wonderful figures!
