A still life



Oil on board, 8" x 10"
I got together with some friends recently- plein air painters chomping at the bit to get outside- and we painted a still life. It was nice having someone else set it up, as that's always the hardest part. Composition, composition...

    Really lovely painting. I like the way you captured the light striking the flowers and stems and on the table cloth.
