Business lunch- sold

Oil on canvas, 8" x 10"
I did a smaller version of this some time ago, but wanted to revisit it. I've been trying to find that sweet spot where there's enough detail to tell the story but enough looseness in the paint handling to keep the painting fresh.

    Fabulous! So fresh, and great handling of the backlighting. Love the pink undertones too.

    I like the backlighting and the way it spills to the foreground across the table framed by the two figures. Visually simple and strong.
