I actually spent days working on a larger painting of these flowers only to wipe it off because it just wasn't going anywhere. I hate it when that happens!
What a treat! colors are beautifully woven - the blues and lavenders weave bottom to top and the yellows drop from flowers to lemons and cloth. The warms and the cools of each range keep a lively visual beat.
