We just got back from L.A. yesterday afternoon. I hope to get back in my studio today, but in the meantime I figured I'd post this. I did this a year or 2 ago. The roses are from my garden.We had a great time in California, going from the beaches to Joshua Tree National Park; the Getty Museum and the Getty Villa, both pretty amazing places; Hollywood Blvd., Antelope Valley to see the poppies in bloom (it's a very good year for that!), and lots of other stuff. It was great to be in a place where the sun shines all day every day, but in spite of that it is good to be home.
