'51 Chevy- sold

Oil on canvas panel, 6" x 8"
Yesterday we painted at Watson Farm in Jamestown. I had never been there before. What a beautiful place! It's open to the public for a small fee 3 afternoons a week, but for the month of July it's open to artists for free on Thursdays in exchange for a painting for a fundraiser in August. It's run by a wonderful couple, Don and Heather Minto, and this '51 Chevy is one of Don's prize possessions. (It does run, even though it looks like it hasn't moved in years.)

The truck you have painted, very nicely I might add, is a Chevrolet. :)

I love this painting Kathy! Would like to get over there to paint-used to live in Jamestown, so many great painting spots.

Love this old, blue vehicle. The colors, green and blue work so well together and you have done a beautiful job with technique, composition, etc.
